Missions Board:

Remembering the Great Commission the Lord gave his disciples to "go and make disciples of all nations" (Matthew. 28: 19), we are committed to being witnesses for Jesus in our local community, our state, our nation,
and the whole world.

Please pray for the Bonilla Family

Carlos Bonilla and Mayra Giovanetti and their children, Alberto, Carolina and Daniela will be in Spain to minister with the Baptist Evangelical Union of spain.

They consider it a wonderful privilege to be able to serve God and to practice what the Lord placed in their hearts "Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep." Romans 12:15 NKJV

Abner Canda is our Missionary to the Philippines, he sends us the following greeting.

Blessed be the Lord, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiced; and with my song will I praise him.

Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up forever.
(Psalm 28:6-9)

Last September we started our first Sunday service and we had 50 attendance, and we held it in the afternoon. But month of October we started change our service time from 3pm in the afternoon to 9:30am in the morning. We had 35 in attendance every Sunday, 20 juniors and 15 adults and that includes our two families active. But last December 20, we had our Christmas party and by the grace of God we have reached 55 attendance, 30 juniors 25 adults. We had giving gifts, games for the juniors, singing Christmas songs and most of all I preached about the true meaning of Christmas according to the word of God. And after the service we had our lunch together. That following Sunday we had a visitor from Cambodia, he is a national missionary there. It was encouraging and a blessing how God save him and change him to his Buddhist belief.

Please pray for my wife she is 8 months pregnant now and her due date will be on the first week of February. Pray for our needs and safety delivery to my baby and for my wife. And I will appreciate it so much. God Bless.
